1. Shipping Coverage
● We currently ship across all major PIN codes in India.
● If your location is not serviceable, we will notify you during the order process or reach out by email/phone.
2.Processing Time
● Orders are processed within 24–48 hours of payment confirmation.
● You will receive an order confirmation email after successful placement.
● Standard delivery: 3–7 business days based on your location.
● Delivery delays due to external factors (e.g., weather, strikes) are beyond our control.
● Free shipping on orders above ₹999.
● A flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply to orders below that amount.
5. Order Tracking
● Once dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email/SMS.
● You can track your order using the courier’s tracking system.
6. Failed Delivery Attempts
● Our delivery partners will attempt delivery up to 3 times.
● If unsuccessful, the order will be returned to our warehouse, and re-shipping may incur additional charges.
7. Damaged or Missing Products
● Please inspect the package at the time of delivery.
